I didn't check reviews first, and if I would've I probably wouldn't ave gone here. But I thought the food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and nice. I got the chicken shawarma with fries and both were great! Plus they made my order in about 4 minutes which was a plus because I was running late. ;)
If ever you find yourself in the Detroit airport wondering what to eat, run, don't walk, to Med Grill. Yes, it takes longer to receive your food. That's because its cooked to order authentically. Burger was a delight, Greek salad was an oasis of vegetables with gorgeously spiced balsamic vinaigrette, steak schwarma was brilliantly grilled and perfectly offset with pickles, fries were true sliced and fried potatoes (I was almost back in France!), and the crown jewel: FRESH smoothie. Oh boy!!!! What a spread! THANK YOU for taking cadre of men and my family, med grill!!!

Very nice family atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the food is very nicely prepared. Free desert with most entrees! I always get the catfish meal. Its the best I've had anywhere. The breasted chicken is also good.
Great place. But don't try to call the phone is always busy. Would like to place an order for pickup but never been able to get through.
Where do I even start? my baby cousin has extreme food allergies and when we told our waitress about it she was kinda snarky. we order our food making special accommodations for her no problem. she said it would be no charge. our food came out my mashed potatoes were cold and crusty and most of the food was gross. then before were going to leave my mom asked if she could take her dessert that was INCLUDED in her to go. then the lady proceeded to tell her it's $2 extra to have it to go. of course being the kindest person in the world says that's fine. then we get our bill. this lady charged us for extra sauce, my...

Excellent breakfast food, served all day. You could tell the hashbrowns were real potatoes, more like american fries, very good. Service from staff was top notch, we received coffee refills from all staff not just our server. Cozy enviroment and not far from airport.

We had a good time. Hadn't been in Y E A R S.We'd just gone, this time, for the complimentary meal during *Thanksgiving*.It was alright. Thankful. I'll go another time and check out their breakfast -- I wonder if they have waffles with pecans/walnuts?
Have been here twice. Both times food was excellent and prices are very reasonable.
Ordered lunch over the phone off of their website, arrived to pick it up. Manager/owner? told me my total and I proceeded to take out my card about the time he told me there was a $10 minimum and he seemed kind of irritated that I even pulled out my card. (it doesn't state this online nor did he mention it when I called in my order.)so I simply stated that was fine and turned around to leave. He sighed and told me its fine "this time" as I was already almost to the door.I left a tip anyway and the food is decent. The food is always well prepared and yummy, employees gives excellent customer service. I loved how neat it is and mood. I highly recommend this spot.
Delicious food! My grandpa has been going here for years and took me after picking me up from the airport recently. Definitely recommend.
Good food. Bad service on Fridays when 'Church Group" is given top priority. They have had people already eating move to other tables and your best waitress is always assigned to them no matter where they end up sitting.
Always great food and a cozy restaurant. Have been going here since I was a kid. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They have great daily specials for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Building and food are alright. Actually their sausage gravy is made in house and super good! It's the waitress's language you'll need to shield your ears from. Wish I could have got her name but she was on the other side of the restaurant. I watched other guests cringe as she spewed f-bombs like we couldn't hear. Maybe this is the norm there but just wanted to let others know what I heard in case you have children. **Note to the staff: If you are talking in a normal tone and standing at the kitchen window, the table in the opposite corner of the restaurant can still hear all of your words.
Clean restaurant always excellent service and the food is supurb.
Excellent food, we would love to come here on lunch, but with the minimum payments and no ability to pay multiple ways it really makes it difficult to stop with the co-workers for lunch. They would get a 5 star if they would be willing to split the checks. We just usually go to Steve's Coney down the street where they allow such things. But, if it's just you and the family, stop in their food is good.

After having their breakfast sandwich I told cook I would never eat another Egg McMuffin. Both lady at counter and gentleman cooking couldn't have been nicer.
